Existing-home sales eased in June as contract cancellations spiked unexpectedly, although prices were up slightly, according to the National Association of REALTORS

  3. With the homes being very affordable, it would seem as if everyone would take advantage of it. In most cases, many people don’t qualify because of their credit, income, or a combination of both. I think existing home sales are also declining because of the new homes and surburban areas being built at a rapid pace. Everywhere you look up, a home or apartment complex, or condos are being thrown up ready to be sold. I think one would be more happy and save a great deal of money by purchasing an existing home.
